Responsibilities

● Liase with customers, sales executives, financial institutions, relationship managers and other stakeholders for successful loan submission, disbursement and repayment with accurate loan documents and other loan related matters

● Perform operations work from processing of loan requests to successful disbursement and repayment of loans

● Oversee overall loan procedure, updating processes to maximise efficiency to all stakeholders and align to latest relevant legislation

● Update loan data in systems and maintain records of loan transactions, including general record keeping and filing duties

● Provide internal stakeholders with necessary loan support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

● Minimum Diploma holder

● Minimum 1 year of related experience

● Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Other Requirements

● Team player with positive work attitude

● Meticulous and able to multi-task

● Prior experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous
