F&B Service Crew/ Captain

What you can do for us:

  • Responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent guest and member experience
  • Ensure good knowledge of menu and all products.
  • Prepare tables for meals, including set-up of items such as linen, silverware and glassware.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests at tables in dining establishment.
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage; adhering to licensing/liquor regulations.
  • Utilize the POS system to increase sales, print checks, closed checks and complete cash out procedures.
  • Ensure workstation is stocked with appropriate condiments at all time.
  • Ensure adherence to the safety, sanitation and hygiene policies.

Who we're looking for:

2 years' experience in F&B or hospitality as Waiter/Waitress

No experience are keen in F&B Services/ Ops are welcome to apply

Fluent in English

Excellent guest service skills.

Good knowledge of food and beverage service.

Respectful, able to foster teamwork, and work cordially with peers and others.

Other Information

  • 5 days of work including weekends and PH (44 works per week)
  • Location: 36 Swiss Club Road (Transport provided at Sixth Ave MRT)
