Summary

The Consultant role involves overseeing Fund Administrative activities, interacting with various business areas, ensuring accurate NAVs, resolving fund accounting issues, maintaining client relationships, and participating in internal service review meetings.

Major Duties

  • Effectively perform oversight functions and adherence with governance and control.
  • Assist clients in resolving complex fund accounting issues.
  • Review financial statements and collaborate with clients and auditors.
  • Maintain high touch client service quality.
  • Conduct projects and assist in internal audit practices.

Skills

  • Strong technical skills in financial instruments.
  • Good understanding of fund structures and accounting systems.
  • Ability to perform fund expense analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience Required

  • College or University degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years of fund administration experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and fund structures.
  • Experience with fund's documentation and audit practices.
  • Language proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
