We are a digital agency specializing in B2B branding and new-client acquisition. This is an expansion position. You should possess a flair for dealing with individual leads from various avenues. Prior experience in marketing, telemarketing, call center, or customer service is desirable but not compulsory. Training provided across both digital and traditional mediums. Responsibilities:
- Trained in digital marketing to assist your client portfolio with branding, image design, video, and cataloging trends for promotional campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions internally and with clients for new online campaigns.
- Liaise with agencies/freelancers for specific projects.
- Assist with surveys, food testing, event planning, mystery shopping, and consumer focus groups. You may need to host and create some of these events for clients occasionally.
- Conduct telemarketing calls to verify customer information and event participants' details, ensuring personal data clearance compliance (experience with PDPA terms is a plus).
Ideal Candidate
- We welcome applicants from all walks of life. You should possess a good work attitude with a disciplined mentality, as this function is mostly WFH.
- Ideally an 'A' levels or higher qualification, with a good 1-2 years working experience in service / marketing / communication / digital / sales background. B2B sales experience ideal.
- You will be required to attend meetings at client's offices around 2-4 times monthly, specific to projects under your portfolio.
- This is a team and individual contributor function, self discipline is crucial.
