Roles and Responsibilities
Analyse, design, develop and deliver solutions in a cross functional scrum team. Provide technical guidance and leadership. Work closely with Architects in design review and solution discussions. Enable continuous delivery by practicing Test & Behaviour Driven Development, Trunk Based Development and following Agile testing practices for microservices architecture. Skill Set & Qualification
Bachelors or master's degree in computer science with minimum 6 years of experience in Java based Enterprise Application Development. At least, two years of experience in cloud native microservices development. Hands on experience in the following technology stack: Spring framework, Kafka, Hazelcast/Redis, Gitlab, PaaS/IaaS based cloud platforms such as PCF, AWS, Azure etc. Experience in Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development, Junit, Consumer Driven Contract Testing, Jenkins Continuous Integration and best practices of Continuous Delivery. Experience in RDBMS technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, Postgres and good to have experience in no-sql database technologies such as Datastax Cassandra, Couchbase and Hadoop. Docker container and Kubernetes. Hands-on in Linux environment. Proven experience in Cloud native application development using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. Experience working in a Scaled Agile development methodology or traditional Agile methodology. Knowledge in Scrum/XP/Kanban. Recommended/Preferred Certifications: SAFe for Teams / Agile Software Engineering (SAFe course) Oracle Certified Java Professional / Oracle Certified Web Component Developer. Any certification in Spring Cloud and Kafka (Apache/Confluent). Cloud Architect training and certification from PaaS/IaaS based cloud providers such as PCF/TKS/Azure/AWS/GCP.
