PRIMARY PURPOSE
To administer and manage ServiceNow ITSM tool for customer projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand Operation business needs and translate into technical requirement
  • To manage and handle ServiceNow ITSM tool for customer project.
  • To support post implementation tasks including, troubleshooting, administration, patching and upgrades.
  • To work with stakeholders and recommend best practices in areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Good knowledge on service portal with experience coding in AngularJSPlan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform software coding and customization on the ServiceNow platform such as workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations Setup the automated testing process and testing scripts in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Assist in ServiceNow instance upgrades and ensure that platform is ready for use after the upgrade completes.
  • Support technical queries on the ServiceNow platform
