Job Description:

  • Senior Developer for ServiceNow Portal Development
  • Out of the Box thinker and brining best practices for process improvements
  • Prototype and analysis of Complex Solutions.
  • Interact with team and guide in technical analysis, designing & performance tuning
  • Design and code reviews to ensure standards and quality level for the build
  • Work with globally distributed teams & build excellent working relationships with other teams inside and outside of Global Software Engineering.

Skills:

  • Must have Compute Science or equivalent graduation degree
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Servicenow Development
  • Handson experience with Customer Service Management (CSM), CSM Architecture and CSM data model
  • Strong Handson experience on Service portal
  • Creating custom widgets, UI Pages and understanding of existing custom widgets
  • Strong technical knowledge in: Menus, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services, and Notifications
  • Strong knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript (with Widget customizations)
  • Experience with Scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs all scripted aspects of the Service Now system
  • Experience with service Now client and serverside JavaScript and the Service Now APIs
  • Experience with MID server, Import Sets
  • Experience in Handling Event Management and Event Correlation
  • Custom Integration using SOAP, REST and Scripted APIs
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service Management bestpractice processes
  • Strong Knowledge on CSM account and contact relationship and Customer permissions
  • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management and other ITSM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships such as CMDB, Asset, etc.
  • Handson experience with industrystandard Change, Configuration and Asset Management system tools, preferably within the ServiceNowenvironment
  • Handson experience integrating multiple data sources into a unified ServiceNow CMDB as well as integrating data between ServiceNow with third party tools
  • Preparing Dashboards, Reporting, Scheduling reports and any configuration that entails
