6 day work week

Working time: 4am/5am start (Transport provided)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef with the kitchen work.
  • Preparation and cooking food according to assigned menus.
  • Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
  • Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of cook experience (mass production)
  • Possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of HACCP and inventory management
  • Able to carry heavy load when required
