A Concierge with Conrad Hotels and Resorts maintains frequent contact with Guests by welcoming them on arrival, assisting with departures, overseeing delivery and safe keeping of luggage, and providing other services for all Guests as required.


What will I be doing?
As a Concierge, you serve as a key connection point between Guests and the hotel as well as other hotel departments. A Concierge with the hotel property influences the Guest's first impression, and therefore, must ensure the organization and implementation of all processes in the area of the hotel lobby, the Concierge Desk, and the front door. Specifically, the Concierge will perform the following tasks at the highest level of service:

Serve as a key point of contact for guests, dealing efficiently with enquiriesEnsure the proper reception of VIP guests and other guests on arrival and departure at the entrance of the hotelProvide information, advice, and reservation services on a wide variety of guest inquiries, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, and flight reservationsProcess and deliver messages for the Guests and the hotelCoordinate with Bell Service team on the efficient handling of guest luggage and transportation requestsSupervise and ensure that proper and accurate entries are made on all record booksMaintain current knowledge of all hotel services as well as daily VIP Guest, VIP Guest requests, and special eventsEnsure orderliness and safety and security guidelines around the lobby and front door areasProvide support to Management, as required, in cases of emergencyProject a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest serviceManage undesirable activities and behaviours together with the Manager on Duty and Security personnelConnect and communicate with local businesses and tourist organizations to keep up to date with information in Singapore The Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.

Previous concierge experience in the luxury hotel sector, preferredCalm, efficient, and organized demeanourExcellent personal presentationStrong communication skillsA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest serviceProficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft programs
