Admin & Facility Support Assistant Position

Join our team as an Admin & Facility Support Assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our operations department and classroom management. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure proper setup of classrooms & meeting rooms before and after lessons.
  • Maintain all facilities/equipment in good working condition.
  • Manage reception counter during lessons.
  • Assist lecturers with technical/equipment handling.
  • Create door access for new lecturers when needed.
  • Report incidents promptly to the Reporting Officer.
  • Manage office and pantry supplies.
  • Support day-to-day office operations as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in a related field.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Availability to work on weekday nights (6 pm - 10 pm) and weekends (9 am - 5 pm, if there is a lesson).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and diligent.
