RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strong administrative support to the daily operations, including marketing samples support, data entry, and maintaining proper records of all required documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping to facilitate smooth operations and project management
  • Manage samples, including manual handling of products such as cartons packing/unpacking and shelf stocking/removal
  • Ensure the upkeep and tidiness of the samples room, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
  • Arrange all local and overseas courier deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of samples and materials
  • Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners to manage the delivery schedule and resolve any issues promptly
  • Assist producers on multiple projects, including but not limited to sourcing props, venues, and other required aspects of projects
  • Collaborate with relevant functional teams to ensure all project needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by the production management team
  • Be flexible and adaptable to take on new tasks and challenges as they arise

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to handle manual products handling tasks efficiently
  • Proficient on all Microsoft office software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge on fashion influencers and social platforms will be a bonus
