Security Architect Leading Investment Bank

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive security architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, ensuring security measures are integrated seamlessly. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Design and implement effective risk management processes to mitigate potential risks and safeguard critical assets. Define, implement, and maintain security measures for the organization\'s infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments. Evaluate and recommend security solutions to enhance the overall security posture. Work closely with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle. Conduct regular security assessments and reviews of applications to identify and address vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain incident response plans to address security incidents promptly. Lead investigations into security incidents, providing timely and accurate reports to senior management. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring the organization\'s security policies and procedures remain in compliance. Collaborate with internal audit teams to assess and validate security controls. Develop and deliver security training programs for employees to enhance awareness and promote a security-conscious culture. Conduct periodic security awareness campaigns to keep staff informed about the latest threats and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Security Architect in the financial industry. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices. Experience with cloud security, network security, and application security. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and innovative mindset, keeping abreast of emerging security threats and technologies.
