Property Executive

We are seeking a skilled Property Executive to oversee the day-to-day management of client's properties.

ResponsibilitiesProperty Management:

  • Manage tenancy work efficiently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct daily checks on essential equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance and repair issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all equipment within the premises are in working condition and compliant with regulation

Client Servicing:

  • Attend to client requests promptly and professionally, addressing property-related matters professionally.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns effectively.

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues related to M&E, sanitary & plumbing appliances, and air-conditioning systems.
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize equipment failures and ensure smooth operations.

Vendor Management:

  • Supervise out-source vendors in their regular maintenance tasks and ad-hoc repairs.
  • Procure parts or quotations for repairs as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in property management.
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as invoicing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in Property Management or Facilities Management is a plus
