Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate the maintenance of the building facilities & services
-
Ensure all contract works/routine servicing are carried out accordingly
-
Review all contracts/service agreements and invite quotes/tenders
-
Coordinate and attend Council and General Meetings
-
Prepare monthly report for Management Council
- **Attend any emergencies or incidents as and when needed
Requirements:
-
At least 1 year working experience in property maintenance & strata Management
-
Positive working attitude
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
No medical barriers and physically fit
- **Those without the relevant experience but are willing to be learn, can also be considered for the appointment
