- Responsible for fulfilling roles allocated (Mainly bulk temp & fast moving roles)
- Placing of job advertisements on various portals
- Interview, shortlist, screening, offering of contracts and managing of candidates (Must be comfortable text, call & f2f communication with candidates)
- Working together in a team
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process
- Liaise, coordinate and build rapport with candidates & clients
- Handle general support and administrative dutiesRequirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Able to work in fast pace environment & with high sense of urgency
