We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support us with the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting in processing orders submitted by salesperson.
  • Verifying pricing accuracy before inputting into our software and conducting data entry tasks.
  • Facilitating data migration processes.
  • Addressing and resolving any backlog of data.

Job requirements

  • Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' level or equivalent.
  • Candidates with no prior experience but demonstrate a strong interest and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply; mentorship will be provided.
  • Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in advanced Microsoft excel skills.
