  • Functions as the strategic business leader for residential service activities between homeowners and the management company
  • Manages luxury condominium facilities with focus on the 4 Pillars of Operational Excellence
  • Supports the development and implementation of residential brand strategies
  • Serves as the liaison between the management company and homeowners, fostering positive relationships
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration OR related major; preferred experience in residential hospitality or related area
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
  • Maintains knowledge of owners' information and residence details
  • Coordinates day-to-day operations for Residences, including vendor activity and office administration
  • Participates in departmental meetings and employee recognition
  • Communicates effectively with homeowners and management
  • Manages and conducts residences activities, supports leadership, and maintains good relationships with homeowners
  • Documents resident requests and complaints, acts as a liaison between homeowners and departments
  • Provides options for vendors/services, communicates services provided by the hotel, and reports maintenance requests
