Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time translation services from Mandarin to English and vice versa during customer interactions.
  • Translate a variety of subjects ranging from simple to complex, non-technical to technical topics across industries such as healthcare, government, finance, utilities, and more.
  • Ensure accurate and effective communication between customers and call center representatives.
  • Assist non-English-speaking customers in understanding and resolving their inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages, with strong verbal in communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills to accurately interpret conversations
  • 1 year contract (renewable)
  • 5 days' work week across Monday - Sunday
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week / night shift schedule (8hrs shift between)
  • Working from home
  • Salary $18/hr
