Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated intern to join our team as a Change Management Intern for the C360 (CRM) Program. As an intern in this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in change management and contribute to the successful implementation of our CRM program.
Responsibilities:
- Support the change management team in planning, executing, and monitoring change activities related to the C360 (CRM) Program.
- Assist in conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify potential areas of resistance and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver change communication materials, including presentations, emails, and intranet updates.
- Supporting in the material preparation
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to facilitate user adoption and ensure smooth transition to the new CRM system.
- Assist in tracking and measuring the effectiveness of change management initiatives (eg marketing) , including conducting surveys and collecting feedback from end-users.
- Support the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies to drive successful adoption of the CRM program.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in change management and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, digital marketing management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
