Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Objective(s) of Position

To efficiently and safely transport documents between various locations ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining accuracy in handling documents and items, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, and providing good customer service throughout the process.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct external dispatch tasks, such as delivering and/or collecting documents as assigned.
  • Process outgoing mails, including weighing and franking where necessary, maintaining usage records, and delivering mail for posting.
  • Adhere to time schedules, while obeying all traffic laws and maintaining a safe driving mindset.
  • Perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle daily to ensure it is in safe driving condition.
  • Promptly report any vehicle maintenance issues to the immediate Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service during interactions with colleagues and customers.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Person Specifications
  • Class 2B Or Class 3 Licence required (Vehicle will be provided by the company)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
