Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to inhouse GHP / GMP standard at work
  • Prepare items according to inhouse procedures
  • Monitor CCPs and record in checklist provided
  • Ensure proper and safe operation of machineries.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of machineries and utensils before and after using
  • Assist to supervise and train junior members in production line
  • Ensure that all products produced are according to Finished Goods Specs
  • Check and ensure that quality and quantity of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition
  • Keep track of inventory to ensure adequate food ingredients, packaging supplies and finished product
  • Physically fit; to work as a team
  • Perform other adhoc duties as requested
