About the team
As a vital member of our LLM Global Data Team, you will play a central role in our operations. You will gain hands-on experience in comprehending the complexities of training Large Language Models (LLMs) with diverse data collections. Through our well-structured rotation program, you will observe the intricate process of crafting and utilizing high-quality data. Upon completion of your rotation, you will have the opportunity to choose your area of specialization. This will be your pathway to leading, training, or supervising larger data projects.
Your Role Will Involve:
1. Acquiring direct experience in data production, involving drafting, revising, and ensuring quality, to grasp the interaction between humans and data in LLM training.
2. Developing specialized skills in a specific data format and content verticals, and independently delivering top-notch data.
3. Collaborating with product managers and engineers to evaluate and enhance the efficiency of our operational procedures, which includes carrying out experiments for quality and productivity enhancement.
4. Leading one or more task forces or projects concurrently post successful incubation. Project management responsibilities encompass aligning cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and project expectations, forming task forces for specific projects, and overseeing project progress.
5. Directing or contributing to general operational enhancement initiatives across various data domains.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Outstanding English writing and critical evaluation skills.
2. Capable of working in a dynamic project-oriented environment where quality standards evolve swiftly with research and experimentation progress.
3. Comfortable with meeting deadlines, handling multiple tasks, and devising innovative solutions, including leveraging technology and tools, to enhance both individual and team outputs.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience working as project managers in relevant content projects or operational management roles is preferred. Background in journalism, teaching, writing, or text editing is highly appreciated. Experience as annotators for leading AI/LLM companies is strongly favored.
2. Candidates should possess intelligence, diligence, and expertise in providing guidelines, analyzing cases, and structuring complex operational enhancements.
3. A profound interest in LLMs, human behavior, and user experience is crucial. An ideal candidate is an eager learner who finds engagement with diverse case studies and annotators stimulating. Please note: A written test is required for this role before the interview process.
