About the Team
If you join our LLM Global Data Team, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. You'll gain firsthand insights into training Large Language Models (LLMs) using varied data sets. Our structured rotation program will expose you to the intricate process of crafting and utilizing high-quality data. Upon finishing the rotation, you'll have the opportunity to specialize in your area of interest.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Gaining practical experience in data production by drafting, revising, and quality-checking to grasp the synergy between humans and data in LLM training.
- Developing expertise in specific data and content domains, such as language, reasoning, and safety (SFT/RM).
- Independently delivering top-notch annotation with minimal oversight.
- Ensuring annotation quality and offering mentorship to colleagues and partners on specific topics post-incubation.
- Creating and managing annotation guidelines and casebooks for designated projects and tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Outstanding English proficiency with exceptional writing and critique abilities.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, project-based environment where quality standards evolve rapidly alongside research and experimentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in journalism, teaching, writing, or text editing is highly beneficial. Previous experience as RLHF annotators in leading AI/LLM companies is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, intelligent, diligent individuals capable of mentoring and guiding new team members.
- Keen interest in LLMs, human behavior, and user experience is crucial. The ideal candidate is a keen learner who finds diverse case studies and annotators engaging.
Note: A preliminary paper test is required for this role.
