Events Scope:

  • Updating of P&L
  • Generate documentation for items going out for events.
  • Assist in preparing samples, including labeling and packing.
  • Schedule / Coordinate the delivery of the items to the event venue.
  • Assist in checking of stock and unpacking items returned from events.
  • Assist in packing of instruments, materials and equipment for dentistry courses/ workshops/ conferences

Marketing Scope:

  • Managing the corporate website to upload new courses/ banners online.
  • Approve accounts of new customers who register on the ecommerce site.
  • Processing of orders from ecommerce website, to forward to specific departments.
  • Managing of ecommerce website to update new products and changes in price for items.

Other Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Some administrative tasks when required.
  • Generate sales orders documentation for sales team.
  • Assist in sourcing for external vendors such as events venue etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Keen to learn and take on new processes.
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented individual.
  • Energetic and dynamic with positive attitude.
  • Good interpersonal skills and calm under pressure.
  • Responsive and good at multitasking with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and experience in Adobe Photoshop is not essential but a plus.
