Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate project planning, execution, and closure phases.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through oral and written channels, ensuring clear and timely updates on project status and critical milestones.
  • Manage project data using Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work weekends and participate in Monday morning standby calls as required, accommodating the time zones of 12 countries across APAC.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to drive project success.
  • Actively seek opportunities for learning and development, quickly adapting to new environments and technologies.
  • Utilize 23 years of prior experience in project coordination to deliver resultsoriented solutions.
  • Emphasize delivery and results, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholders' satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data management tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and participate in early morning calls to accommodate APAC time zones.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
  • 23 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Delivery and resultoriented mindset.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for project management.
