**THE ROLE - International Trade Executive

Hegen offers our meticulous and self-directed International Trade Executive the opportunity to liaise with stakeholders, mainly order and production related work.

You will be a great addition to the International Business team and will be relied on to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer Purchase Requisition and ensure Purchase Orders are placed accurately with the factory, including changes and adjustments to the POs
  • Issuance of Proforma invoice, packing list, contract agreements for customer orders
  • Coordinate all outgoing shipments with factory to ensure ontime delivery and that production capacity is optimised
  • Process all adhoc couriers or shipments to international partners in a timely manner
  • Maintain the database of product codes and support Commercial team in the creation of new UPCs and SKU codes
  • Assist in developing processes relating to inventory, receiving, shipping, and administrative responsibilities to improve cost and efficiencies
  • Work closely with factory to ensure production forecast is met, including maintaining visibility on inventory of raw materials and packaging materials, tooling updates, etc
  • Provide regular and timely updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders on all customer orderrelated or productionrelated issues
  • Maintain customer profile forms ensuring all information of distributors are promptly updated
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and highly meticulous
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to manage external customers and internal stakeholders
  • A selfstarter, proactive and take ownership of projects and tasks
  • Possess a growth mindset
  • Familiarity with ERP or mínimally proficient in Microsoft Excel
