Marketing Manager (Singapore)

Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry.

We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our marketing programmes for the cloud industry, enabling startups to scale at speed.


As a Marketing Manager, you have a track record of building demand for startups, from prospect to purchase to usage and advocacy.

You will lead marketing initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-converting marketing experiences that deliver on Startup targets alongside sales.

With any of our roles in Maker Lab, we expect you to programme manage and work with cross-functional teams.

This is a highly collaborative role working across multiple internal and external stakeholders to build a portfolio of programs and initiatives tailored for Startups in APAC.

Passion, knowledge and a network within the VC and Startup scene are highly desirable for this role.

Role:

  • Create marketing strategies that align with the brands' commercial and business objectives
  • Deliver on targets and identify opportunities for future programs through data analysis
  • Execute alwayson demand gen programs aimed at acquiring startups and lifecycle programs in retaining and progressing startups
  • Build partnerships with VC / PE firms and StartUp Incubators in driving comarketing initiatives
  • Execute medialed advocacy programs at scale to communicate the value of the brands' product to a broader audience spanning different markets
  • Drive crosschannel integrated programs across paid, owned earned media to engage startups, drive trials, and build advocacy

You:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing or project management capacity
  • Experience in technology, B2B, advertising agency, or marketing consultancy
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing and delivering scaled crosschannel integrated programs with clear goals and objectives
  • Core experience across SEM, Social media marketing, Content syndication and ABM
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and ideally fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
