**Roles and Responsibilities:
Account Servicing Role

  • Initiate and set up all services to be delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Tenancy Management services
  • Coordination of household goods movement
  • Disconnect programmes

Tenancy Management Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, and manage vendors e.g. certified general contractors, movers involved in service delivery.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all services are delivered optimally, and in compliance with company and client company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain client activity entry in database on a regularly basis.
  • Provide updates and reports on client status to account based on account specified reporting formats and agreed reporting dates.
  • Check invoices generated for billing.

Pre-requisites:

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office Outlook)
  • Meticulous, proactive, and good working attitude
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Minimum 1 year related experience preferred
  • For Singaporeans and those permanently living in Singapore
