You play a key role in ensuring our customers have the information they need to use our products safely and effectively.

Your key responsibilities
Establish and strengthen the customer intimacy and positive perception by providing accurate and prompt information to customer request and enquiries Act as a single point of contact for account managers to facilitate quick and reliable customer documentation support Coordinate closely with stakeholders, including marketing and innovation, R&D and product management etc to satisfy customers' requests Properly identify and assess customers' requests while providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution and overall quality, completeness, and timely delivery of customer documentation requests Maintain the upkeep of records of customer interactions, information and documents Develop fundamental product and technical expertise in various fields such as toxicology, safety, formulation, regulation, license agreements etcYou bring
Background in cosmetics or technical expertise / product know-how in Personal Care At least 10 years of cross-functional coordination and customer-facing experience; Experience in cosmetic regulations and compliance is an advantage; IT skills or learning agility: CRM, Excel, PowerPoint; Strong written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work independently and in a team environmentWe bring
