Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurate supplier invoice entries and postings in IFS
  • Maintain monthly records of payments, invoices, staff claims, and supplier statements for auditing purposes
  • Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations following Group and APAC reporting deadlines
  • Handle staff claims according to company guidelines
  • Generate GRNI reports for Supply Chain and ensure timely AP invoice recording
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules and various financial reports
  • Participate in stock counts and reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams like operations and auditors
  • Support corporate secretarial administrative tasks
  • Execute additional projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Holder of Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy, accounting, business, or related field
  • Proficiency in Vlookup and Pivot tables is advantageous
  • Relevant experience will be a plus
