BVLGARI is searching for a dynamic and motivated Client Advisor to join our team in Singapore.
Job Purpose:
Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exciting and memorable experience to customers, creating, stimulating, and maximizing sales opportunities to reach store sales and profit targets while providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance client experience and boost sales.
- Attract and engage new customers by offering personalized advice and introducing them to the brand.
- Manage the sales process according to established standards.
- Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs, and follow all sales procedures and guidelines.
- Carry out 1-1 CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager.
- Provide all After Sales services and other relevant ad-hoc duties.
Profile
Competencies required:
- Must have a solid understanding of the Luxury business.
- Must possess strong sales skills and be results-oriented.
- A conversationalist, resourceful, and customer-focused.
- Able to execute store procedures and processes.
- Familiar with CRM techniques, tools, and other store operation applications.
