Telesales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES


If you are upbeat, experienced and self-driven with the necessary customer service, marketing, and communication skills, we want you You will be responsible for contacting potential customers on the phone and informing them of our products and services.

To be successful in the role, you should have a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette, you will remain calm and professional under pressure and always treat clients with respect.


THE ROLE Telesales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Contact leads to introduce a product or service using sales scripts and adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Understand the target market and be able to confidently answer questions about the company or programmes.
  • Direct prospects to the sales team after qualifying the leads
  • Enter and update customer information in salesforce database and keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Go the extra mile if needed to provide accurate sales information to ensure no misrepresentation of facts and claims
  • Meets or exceeds sales goals

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher Nitec holders in any field or equivalent.
  • Proven experience and track record as Telesales Representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., salesforce) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Be responsible to maintain confidentiality of contact and personal information of clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Higher Nitec holders in any field or equivalent.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm
  • Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of inoffice and remote work)
