Working Hours: 5.5-day work week that includes weekends.
Duties:
- Welcoming and assisting customers.
- Handling cashier duties, product packaging, cake orders, and product restocking.
- Demonstrating good knowledge of products.
- Ensuring strict adherence to company standard operating procedures.
- Supervising daily operations to maintain quality, standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Assessing customer satisfaction, addressing feedback or complaints, and managing service recovery.
- Keeping the outlet clean at all times.
- Preparing weekly reports and completing assigned ad-hoc tasks from superiors.
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates; all applications will be considered equally.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is beneficial but not required.
- Able to work in a physically demanding setting, including standing for long periods.
- Prefer individuals with a vibrant and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Preference for Singaporean & PR candidates.
