PPM team is responsible for working with cross functional teams in 1) driving better processes for compliance review for TikTok; 2) organizing compliance and privacy related projects

Key responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle responsibilities include assistance of designing, structuring, tracking, implementing, and ultimately driving projects to complete upon business required deadlines;
  • Partner with global counterparts across product, engineers and others to drive product development and system improvements;
  • Manage complex projects with aggressive timelines and work with internal stakeholders to establish roadmaps and communicate timelines and deliverables to internal stakeholders as needed;
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business and technical requirements and obligations.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of project management experience, those with prior experience managing global projects are preferred;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experience with project tracking, creating organizational consensus, and managing deadlines with a strong sense of urgency is imperative;
  • Detail oriented, can coordinate across multiple teams/countries/cultures;
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and create process improvement through standardization and policies.
