Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and uptodate information is maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, escalating to management as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Any adhoc administrative duties by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
- Relevant experiences will be advantage
