The Role:
This position will support in formulation and execution of asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio as well as pursuing and evaluating business opportunities and potential exit strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Will be involved in portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting and asset management plans, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets, as well as operational work processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and yearend asset reports and maintaining of financial variance analysis reports, prepare and monitor budgets and assist with financial modelling at the asset and portfolio levels in order to facilitate strategic planning.
  • Work with external valuers for our assets annual valuation exercise.
  • Assist in the investment transactions from endtoend, including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.
  • Work closely with external consultants and internal teams across various functions to conduct due diligence to evaluate potential investments.
  • Manage market intelligence and collate market / industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company's products and services and ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment.
  • Resourceful, have an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling.
  • Good teamwork, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Possess an eye for detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
