Executive / Senior Executive, Investment And Asset Management Reit

Central Region Singapore Annexion Partners Full time

We are currently working with a global Hospitality developer and operator with strong expansion growth strategy regionally to bring in a talented executive or senior executive who will play an instrumental role in expanding the REIT\'s portfolio through acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial modelling and feasibility studies for REIT projects, capital transactions and investments
  • Integrate asset level cash flow models into fund model for returns forecasting and conduct asset sensitivities and hold/sell analysis
  • Ensure accuracy and standard/robust formatting of cash flow models while reflecting realistic assumptions
  • Analyze performance at the asset and portfolio level
  • Maintain market database and gather market research information
  • Assist in identifying investment and development opportunities
  • Prepare investment proposals and assist in the deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal, etc.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking or Real Estate preferred
  • 13 years of experience in real estate, financial institutions, or development
  • Strong analytical, research, problemsolving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in building advanced financial models for REITs or project financing is an advantage
  • Resourceful, handson, and committed to delivering results, with the ability to prioritize and respond to tight timelines
  • Strong team player who can also work independently.
