Job responsibilities

  • Formulate promotion plans and be responsible for promotion effects, and achieve growth and ROI indicators set by the department by monitoring and optimizing accounts;
  • Cooperate with department personnel to plan and implement online promotion activities, produce promotion content, and achieve marketing and brand communication purposes through effective operation means;
  • Responsible for search engine optimization (SEO), use effective promotion methods and tools, improve website traffic and conversion rate;
  • Organize and analyze bidding keywords to effectively evaluate and adjust bidding promotion strategies in a timely manner;
  • Gain insight into industry trends, target groups and industry competitors, find business growth points, and cooperate with other departments to implement growth points to promote business growth;

Qualifications:

  • College degree or above, 2 years or above promotion experience, familiar with and master online promotion methods, understand the principle of SEM and information flow bidding, and be familiar with advertising background operations;
  • Sensitive to data, with data analysis and experience, proficient in using EXCEL, PPT and other office software to make reports;
  • Have strong data review ability, daily and weekly profit and loss, click, registration, ROI related reports;
  • Cheerful personality, strong communication skills, good understanding, expression ability and learning ability, strong professionalism and self-drive;
  • English can be used as the working language, and priority can be given to students above level 6;

岗位职责

1、制定推广计划并对推广效果负责,通过监控优化账户达成部门制定的增长及ROI指标;

2、协同部门人员,策划并执行线上推广活动,制作推广内容,通过有效运营手段,实现营销及品牌传播目的;

3、负责搜索引擎优化(seo)工作,运用有效推广方式、工具,提升网站流量和转化率;

4、对竞价关键词进行整理和数据分析进行有效评估并及时调整竞价推广策略;

5、对行业动态、目标群体、行业竞品洞察,寻找业务增长点,并协同其他部门,将增长点落地实施执行,促进业务增长;

任职资格:
1、大专以上学历,2年及以上推广经验,熟悉并掌握线上推广方式,了解SEM和信息流竞价原理,熟悉广告后台操作;

2、对数据敏感,具有数据分析和经验,熟练使用EXCEL、PPT等办公软件制作报表;

3、有较强的数据复盘能力,每日每周都输投放盈亏,点击、注册、roi相关报表;

4、性格开朗,沟通力强,具备良好的理解能力、表达能力和学习能力,具备较强的事业心和自驱力;

5、英语可作为工作语言,6级以上可优先录取;
