JOB SUMMARY/ JOB OVERVIEW:


We are looking for a competent
Food Runner / Expeditor to help keep a smooth workflow between the FOH and the BOH.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, and must have excellent communication skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the contact point between the FOH and the BOH
  • Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the FOH to the BOH
  • Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
  • Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature
  • Deliver orders to maintain fast service
  • Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to special requests (e.g. food allergies)
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils
  • Support other tasks as needed
  • Cleans up after business hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Food Hygiene Certification
  • Preferably at least one year work experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and Service Oriented

$2, $2,400.00 per month
