We are in search of an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 10-14 years of expertise to lead our team for a banking project. The perfect candidate should possess a solid technical background in Oracle, UNIX, and SQL, with specialized knowledge in Moody's Analytics reporting and RiskAuthority. As the Technical Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for supervising the effective delivery of technical solutions, managing project timelines and finances, and ensuring top-notch outcomes.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical professionals to plan, create, and deploy software solutions for banking projects.
  • Utilize your Oracle, UNIX, and SQL proficiency to offer technical direction and assistance to the team.
  • Supervise the integration of Moody's Analytics reporting and RiskAuthority features to fulfill project needs.
  • Work closely with diverse teams, such as developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to guarantee synchronization and seamless execution of project deliverables.
  • Outline project scope, goals, and results, and craft comprehensive project blueprints and timetables.
  • Track project advancement, spot risks and challenges, and promptly tackle them to assure timely delivery within financial restrictions.
  • Handle stakeholder anticipations and effectively relay project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Promote ongoing improvement efforts and top practices to boost project delivery procedures and results.
  • Coach and guide team members to nurture their professional progression and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related domain.
  • 10-14 years of experience in technical delivery management, concentrating on the banking or financial services sector.
  • A robust technical foundation in Oracle, UNIX, and SQL is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience with Moody's Analytics reporting and RiskAuthority.
  • Outstanding project management abilities, including the capacity to devise and execute project plans, handle finances, and alleviate risks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evidenced leadership skills, with a history of steering teams to successful project completion.
  • A proactive stance, with a dedication to generating outcomes and delivering worth to customers.
  • Capability to excel in a swiftly changing, dynamic work setting.
