Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join our
e-Commerce Sales & Marketing Team.


Founded in Singapore in 2013, Castlery is a digital-first furniture lifestyle brand delivering to 54 metropolitan areas across the United States, Australia, and Singapore.

What you'll be doing
-
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Brand Management:Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns in accordance with communication guidelines, while actively contributing to the development and evolution of brand guidelines to create a distinctive and enduring brand.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences to guide marketing strategies.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Build Outreach Channels: Test, validate and adopt new digital marketing channels to expand the brand's digital presence and reach out to target audience effectively.
-
Creative Process Optimization: Streamline processes to eliminate inefficiencies and lower production costs and efforts. Innovate and implement new methods to enhance output quality and/or reduce the effort needed to achieve results.

Communications Optimization: Conduct A/B testing improve campaign, driving better click-throughs and increase traffic to brand site.

What you'll need
-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders based in China.

Trend Savvy: Highly skilled in recognizing and utilizing furniture and interior design trends, with a strong grasp of consumer intent, to craft compelling narratives.

Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Digital Native: Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing, with a fervent desire to learn and adopt new skills, best practices, and industry trends.

Content Production: Experience working with creative and production teams. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video production/editing is preferred.

Drive for Excellence: Proactive and initiative-driven, with a strong focus on creative thinking and solving problems efficiently.

Teamwork and Project Management: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with co-workers and foster open communication on project planning, progress, and execution.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and numbers-driven, with experience leveraging analytics tools to make informed decisions.
