Here, you'll receive the support needed to reach your goals, no matter how ambitious they may be.Purpose StatementBoston Scientific APAC is in search of an experienced strategic leader in data analytics to drive the enhancement of Boston Scientific's Sales commercial capabilities and promote data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.Who You Are:You are a motivated and dedicated team player with a proven track record in translating business sales and marketing objectives into customer-focused, actionable analytics solutions to empower various business functions across APAC markets. As the Principal, Commercial Insights and Analytics Leader in APAC, you bring a fresh and adaptable approach to your work, effectively navigating changing business landscapes while staying proactive and ensuring project completion. Your well-rounded technical expertise and strong influencing skills enable you to educate cross-functional teams on the value of sales and technology-focused capabilities that align with commercial objectives.The Opportunity:This role involves developing and implementing innovative digital analytics capabilities for business divisions, as well as supporting data integrations in alignment with overarching business goals across divisions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as commercial leaders, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and other partners to execute these strategies and establish a digital sales ecosystem within Boston Scientific's technological framework.
  • Define a customer-centric digital analytics strategy aligned with Boston Scientific's commercial efforts
  • Lead the implementation of advanced digital sales insights
  • Develop procedures for scaling integrated processes across APAC markets
  • Collaborate with 3rd party providers to enhance existing platforms
  • Act as the product owner for insights and analytics on a scrum team
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to define digital sales ecosystem requirements
  • Lead data analytics integration roll-out plans and collaborate on change management
  • Manage ongoing vendor relationships
  • Play a role in knowledge-sharing and best practices within the organization
  • Drive diversity and inclusivity initiatives
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in developing digital ecosystems for large-scale organizations
  • Experience with CRM, analytics, and insights platforms
  • Proven team management capability
  • Experience with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in implementing digital plans in healthcare fields
  • Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and user experience
  • Experience with raw data analysis and optimization
  • Knowledge of Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Optimizing channels for customer and sales rep experience
  • BI tool experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
