Here, you're not just supported and celebrated - you can truly thrive.Your New RoleThis role involves reviewing and classifying WBD content for APAC, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies across all platforms.Your Role Accountabilities
  • Content Review and Classification - 60%
    • Review and classify all Original and Acquired content across WBD brands to ensure compliance with local broadcast standards.
    • Perform full-length video reviews, apply censorship notes, ratings, and advisories as per standards.
    • Identify content that may require editing or restrictions and address S&P issues.
    • Collaborate with Local Compliance teams to uphold standards in the region.
    • Stay updated on local compliance issues and regulatory changes in SEAP.
  • Admin and Communication - 30%
    • Prepare compliance reports, track progress, and maintain records.
    • Interact with internal teams and vendors to meet operational requirements.
    • Coordinate with vendors on material delivery and technical matters.
    • Prioritize compliance tasks and work closely with regional affiliates.
  • Workflow & Efficiency - 10%
    • Enhance Compliance workflows for better efficiency.
    • Ensure accurate data entry of all classification and ban details.
    • Maintain agreed turnaround times for content review.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to address new requirements effectively.
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a broadcast facility with Standards & Practices duties.
  • Thorough knowledge of APAC compliance guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Effective communication skills for managing expectations.
  • Sound judgment, especially regarding Standards & Practices/Censorship.
Desirable
  • Proficiency in additional languages like Thai, Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, French.
  • Diploma/degree in Broadcast, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Understanding of broadcast operations and multimedia file formats.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Management systems.
  • Passion for WBD original content - HBO, Warner Bros, Cartoon Network, Discovery.
