Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to create and maintain top-notch Business Process Management (BPM) products that meet requirements.
  • Deploy Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for improved efficiency.
  • Shape BPM specifications to align with technical needs and business objectives.
  • Turn business requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions with high performance.
  • Develop clear, updated technical and API documentation to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java/Web and Web RestFul API programming, focusing on system maintenance and issue resolution.
  • Expertise in Java programming and Web RestFul API development.
  • Familiarity with Java Frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, and Struts.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript and jQuery for effective teamwork with front-end developers.
  • Experience in database management and optimization, working with relational databases like MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
  • Skilled in version control tools like SVN and Git for streamlined code collaboration and management.
  • Proficiency in basic Linux system operations to deploy and manage applications efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and team player mentality.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies considered a strong asset.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks is a plus.
