Job Summary:


As
Asia Pacific Senior Supply Chain Director for Measurement Solutions, this role will lead the supply chain processes within Asia related to supplier quality, delivery, cost for both short term execution as well as long term strategic initiatives.


The scope will include supporting all European Sites and to facilitate and manage Supply Chain projects and processes to meet company goals for Supplier Performance (Quality, On-Time Delivery, and Lead Time), Cost (Net Material Inflation and Cost Reductions), Cash Flow (Inventory and DPO), Logistics (Cost and Lead Time), and Product Environmental Compliance.

This role will communicate and align with the global supply chain team as well as the functional leaders within EMEA.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 79 direct reports and to provide Leadership and Direction to each Asia Site to drive the implementation of Supply Chain Strategies, Processes and Metrics.
  • Monitor Performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct Employee Performance Reviews.
  • Support operational objectives related to facility and delivery plans.
  • Develop Net Material Inflation and Cost Reduction Goals and Objectives and ensure that plans are in place to meet and exceed these.
  • Support and Develop plans on Lead Time to ensure that all factories have material available to meet Customer Expectations.
  • Develops and Manages Cash Flow Targets and Plans for each site to meet and exceed the overall Inventory and Payment Terms Goals and Objectives
  • Ensures the Asia Logistics Teams Optimize Cost and Lead Time using the Company's Tools and Processes.
  • Provides Support and Direction to ensure Supplier Part Compliance to international requirements such as the REACH and ROHS Directives
  • Presenting and Providing updates to Senior Leadership
  • Lead procurement initiatives around buying, digital procurement, and international procurement office

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or technical field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Supply Chain activities
  • Minimum of 5 years leadership and management skills
  • Available for domestic/international travel as required % depending on location
