Job Description:
Provides oversight and handles daily administrative matters and smooth running of the centre, including but not limited to;

  • Oversee the daily operations of a student care centre
  • Liaise with HQ, parents and school with regards to students and Centre matters
  • Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
  • Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per set curriculum
  • Plan for manpower and logistics
  • Handle fees payment and follow up on fees arrears
  • Maintain updated records of students' profile and finance matters
  • Handle enquiries and provide regular feedback
  • Enrolment, registration, attendance taking of students
  • Managing and updating student database system
  • Assist in establishing centre SOP,/documentation and ensuring compliance of processes and standard
  • Point of contact and liaise with various stakeholders (parents/guardians) and external parties (suppliers, landlord)
  • Establish strong relationships with parents as partners in care and development
  • Ensure compliance to industry rules / regulations and governmental guidelines/requirements are met
  • Lead & oversee marketing and sales campaigns for services and products for the centre
  • Meet and maintain sales target for the centre as determined by the Company
  • Maintain, track and account for budgeting and financial expenditures of the Centre
  • On boarding (Supervise and orientate) associate trainers/mentors to the centre.
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Superior

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a leader and an effective team player
  • Patient, passion and genuine love to mentor / work with children
  • Strong team player, organised, meticulous and possess strong leadership skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to motivate others
  • Good organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to attend workshops and staff meetings
  • Initiative and ability to excel under pressure
  • Good work ethics and uphold a professional disposition at all times
  • Familiar with student care or primary education
  • Good English & Mandarin speaking skills
  • Should possess cheerful and caring disposition befitting that of positive role model for young children
  • Must be willing to work for 5.5 days work weeks
  • Have prior experience in a student care centre or working with primary school students
  • Ability to engage students well
  • Have prior experience in training students and/or youths
  • Tutoring, enrichment training etc
  • Possess excellent public relation skills
  • Professionalism when dealing with parents
  • Flexible and quickthinking
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain composure under pressure

Salary:
From $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Work Location:
In person
