**Roles and Responsibilities

What you will be doing
- provide general administrative support to our estate planning operations

  • Assist with scheduling of customer appointments
  • Provide support on various sales and marketing initiatives including lead generation, social media and marketing campaigns
  • Other admin duties as needed

Who are we looking for ?

  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Selfmotivated, proactive and have a sense of responsibility
  • Effective organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
  • Must be well groomed and possesses an energetic and friendly disposition
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin are essential
  • Results oriented and able to work independently

Working Hours and Compensation

Working days :
Mondays and Wednesdays
