  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of technical project/program management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Experience in full lifecycle technical program management methodologies (such as PMP, Prince 2, etc.) handling scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and communications
  • Proficiency in organizational change management and business process enhancement
  • Combination of technical and program management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Thorough expertise in key functional areas like mechanical, electrical, networking, construction, or building automation systems
  • Over 8 years of experience in program management, datacenter construction, or network engineering
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of working effectively with diverse teams
  • Understanding of business and financial objectives and ability to align plans accordingly
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and engagement skills
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven record of coaching and mentoring teams in planning and coordinating their work

The ideal candidate should possess an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, be skilled in applying Earned Value Management techniques, managing large-scale projects, problem-solving, and understanding contract language.
