An Audit Partner is a senior leadership role within an accounting firm.

You are responsible for overseeing the audit process for a portfolio of clients, while also contributing to the firm's growth and development.


Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:

Client Management and Business Development

  • Lead and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all auditrelated matters.
  • Actively participate in business development activities to identify and secure new clients for the firm.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients, potentially expanding the scope of services provided.

Audit Engagement

  • Oversee all aspects of the audit process, from planning and risk assessment to execution and finalization of the report.
  • Ensure the audit team adheres to professional standards and methodologies while meeting deadlines.
  • Review and finalize audit reports, guaranteeing their accuracy, completeness, and clear communication of findings.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of audit staff, fostering their professional growth.
  • Advocate for professional development within the firm, ensuring staff has opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Uphold and implement the firm's quality and risk management processes.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.

Requirements:

  • Singapore Chartered Accountant (SCPA) qualification or equivalent professional designation.
  • Extensive experience in auditing.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities to deliver clear and concise reports.
  • Business development acumen to contribute to the firm's growth strategy.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$5, $13,618.06 per month
