The CSO will play a large role in maintaining our reputation for excellent products and superior customer satisfaction.

  • Handle order processing order fulfilment, billing and shipments.
  • Assist in planning for materials, production, shipments.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure material availability and fulfil shipments.
  • Followup and update customers on order status, delivery status.
  • Ensure ontime delivery to customers.
  • Maintain selling prices in MMSL.
  • Support Program Executive/Manager whenever required
  • ECN, DA, rework instructions, customer maintenance form, RRF form.
  • Liaise with MM finance and Program on accounts receivables, late payments, invoice discrepancies.
  • Liaise with customers' finance dept on
  • AR issues, late payments invoice discrepancies.
  • Teamwork Responsibility have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices Decision making Communication Problem solving
